CHER – C.O.R.E. Homeowner Assistance Program
Our CHER initiative provides vital homeowner support to elderly residents, veterans, and individuals with disabilities living in aging or deteriorating homes.
CHER offers:
* Service coordination for small-to-medium home repairs
* Advocacy and wraparound housing services
* Support to remain independent in their homes longer
