CASE MANAGER ONSITE

DJFS case managers can assist you with: 

  • Applying for or renewing your cash (OWF), food (SNAP), and medical assistance (Medicaid) benefits

  • Answering case or eligibility questions 

  • Scanning documents and verifications

  • ​Making copies (e.g., birth certificates, Social Security cards, pay stubs, and other legal documents) 

  • Providing benefit issuance history 

  • Accessing resources and more

A DJFS case manager is available on Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., located inside the Youth Center at The House of the Lord.

- ACT/SAT Prep, Tutoring, and Homework Support
- Scholarship Fairs & Post-Secondary Financial Literacy
- Summer Job Work Programs through JOGS
- Workshops on essay writing, college access, and financial aid


We help families reduce student loan debt and build pathways to success through access to resources, opportunities, and hands-on guidance. Our Youth Scholarship Fair connects underserved students with local, regional, and national providers—creating real access to brighter futures.
