CASE MANAGER ONSITE
DJFS case managers can assist you with:

Applying for or renewing your cash (OWF), food (SNAP), and medical assistance (Medicaid) benefits

Answering case or eligibility questions

Scanning documents and verifications

Making copies (e.g., birth certificates, Social Security cards, pay stubs, and other legal documents)

Providing benefit issuance history

Accessing resources and more
A DJFS case manager is available on Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., located inside the Youth Center at The House of the Lord.
